Guideline for Customer
- If your Password is blocked or you forget it then we will regenerate and unblock it as per your request. You Need to Contact Your Home Branch for it.
- You cannot use Mobile Banking, in case, the bank’s server is down
- You cannot have access to Mobile Application if you don’t have an internet connection; thus without the availability of internet access, Android App may not be useful.
- Password security is a must. After setting your net banking password, do not share with any one and do not write It memorize it otherwise your account may be misused by someone who gets to know your password inadvertently.
- Change you login password regularly (30 Days).
- You only can use Mobile Application only on your registered mobile.(Registered mobile :- this mobile you used first for first time login.)
